About Ross

Music lies at the heart of my life, and has played a major part in everything I've done ever since I was around eight. Even at that early age, my guitar was always at hand and later travelled with me everywhere - you'll still often find me strumming a new tune or writing lyrics for a song.
I fell in love with musical theatre in my early teens and that led me to the Aberdeen Youth Music Theatre, where I played many roles including Jesus in Godspell and Javert in Les Miserables.
When I was 18, I moved to Glasgow to study musical theatre at GAMTA from where I graduated in 2010. During my time there I took lead roles in panto as well as in a variety of other productions.
I'm as happy taking the initiative as I am working in a team and I always enjoy bouncing new ideas around with my colleagues. I've got a great sense of humour and - so I've been told - something of the 'gift of the gab'. I do always know when to stop talking, though!
When I am not involved in my music, I go to the gym or practice Thai boxing to stay in shape - and just to have fun.
